1. Customized Orders (Design Work)

• Within 3 Days of Purchase:
  You may request a refund; however, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. This covers the design and material costs already incurred.

• From Day 4 to Day 10:
  Refund requests made during this period will still be eligible for a 50% refund only.

• After 10 Days:
  No refunds will be issued. The order will be completed and shipped to the customer as per the original purchase agreement.

2. Ready-Made Jewelry

• Non-Refundable:
  All ready-made jewelry items are strictly non-refundable.

• Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days):
  Customers may exchange ready-made jewelry within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as it was delivered.

  • Only exchange with other ready-made jewelry of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply).

• After 7 Days:
  Ready-made jewelry becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

3. General Notes

• We strongly advise customers to verify all order details (size, color, design, spelling for custom names, etc.) before confirming the purchase.

• Refunds (where applicable) may take up to 7 business days to process.

• All policies above apply from the date of purchase, not the delivery date.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
